6 Months Old

 I love his fat squishy legs.  He is a very solid big guy.

I can't believe my big guy is already six months old.  He is learning to sit on his own and roll over.  He is very into his food.  Anytime we have food to eat he has to have something to snack on too.  He is weighing in at 22 lbs 10 oz and is 27 and a half inches long.  Its crazy how fast time goes by.

4 months old

 Payton's had a few first the past month.  He had baby food for the first time and is big enough to play in his jumper. We thought that he would start to plateau with weight but his still gaining.  He keeps us smiling everyday with his contagious smile.

My Handsome Boys

 I just thought I would post some cute pictures I recently took of the Handsome boys in my life.  I am so blessed with beautiful children and an amazing husband.

 Hunter has been the best big brother.  He is always telling me all the things him and Payton are going to do together when Payton grows big.

 I really need to enroll Hunter in gymnastics one of these days.  I looked down the hall the other day to find him standing on his head with his legs straight up in the air.  Silly boy.

 Payton was given this shirt from his Aunt and Uncle (Jake and Carla).  It says baby's first birthday but seeing how he already fits into it now I don't think its going to fit him for that occasion.  We'll have to modify it somehow and save the cute little cupcake.  I love love his big smiles.  So Adorable!

 I haven't got out my camera as much as I should of this summer but here is a little bit that's gone on the past month or so.  Top picture is of Cory and Payton on the scale.  We find ourselves weighing him often curious how much more weight he is going to gain before he slows down a little.  The next pictures are from the 4th of July.

  I recently re-setup a fish tank Cory was given for Christmas before we were married.  Its kinda a hobby for me that I find fun.  I think it turned out pretty cool. 

3 months old

 The big man just turned three months old last week.  I took him into the doctor yesterday for some rashes he has on the back of his legs and to quote his pediatrician "he is tankin up".  He now weighs 19 lbs 2 oz.  Its funny to see the chart where they mark there percentage because the dots that mark his weight are up off the chart.  He is learning to play with his toys and is such a smiley boy. 

Payton 2 months old

 Mr. Payton is now two months.  The poor guy got three shots at his 2 month check up today.  He is starting to smile allot and tell big stories.  He is weighing in at a whopping 16 lbs 14 oz and  is 24 inches long.  So for his weight he is off the charts above the 97th percentile.  We love his big chubby cheeks and sweet smile. : )

Hogle Zoo

 

This is our second trip to the

Hogle Zoo this summer.  This time around it was allot hotter but still allot of fun.  Hunter finally started getting into the animals after we had been there for 5 hours and it was time to go.  It was funny when he got more excited over the fake animals around the zoo then the real ones.  This year they added a few new exhibits including the polar bear, seals, and a few others.

He's HERE!!

So PAYTON ROY NIELSEN is now a month old but I am finally getting around to posting some pics of him on our blog.  He came into this world weighing 10 lbs and measuring 21 inches long.  He now weighs 13 lbs  3 oz at one month old.  He is our our little BIG man.  We love our new little boy and our glad that he a arrived healthy and strong.
